Electronic Cigarette Suppliers (ECS) is a family business, based in Pietermaritzburg. It is a part of the holding company Dersal Contracts, led by Derek Robson and assisted by his wife Sally and their son Clinton.

The Robson family has been involved in small business and internet marketing for several years. They run a string of websites and blogs on various topics, under the Dersalsites brand. Derek writes articles for several article directories.

Derek has been involved with many businesses over the years and has experience in engineering, sales and marketing, production processes and management, amongst others. After a serious neck injury, he was no longer able to pursue these careers and turned to internet marketing instead.

Sally has always been a part of Derek's business and oversees receive and dispatch functions and general admin within the business. Clinton is a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor, but  is employed by a pump company. He helps his parents in his spare time.

Mission
Electronic Cigarette Suppliers was an online sales business founded on 3rd December 2009, part of Dersal Contracts and our mission is to help other people to quit smoking and enjoy the pleasures of using our electronic cigarette, without the dangers of traditional smoking. We aim to supply a top quality product with top quality service. To this end, we have refrained from supplying shops and stores, as we don't want to lose the personal attention given to a prospect by an enthusiastic and experienced agent.

Our Accomplishments
The popular 4081 model had a couple of minor problems and Derek, his importer pal and the factory worked on resolving these issues. We also felt that the old atomiser and cartridge was imperfect and inadequate. We were the first e-cig distributors in South Africa to offer the newly produced cartomiser, which is a cheaper, disposable version, with an atomiser built in to the cartridge and a larger capacity of liquid. This lasted longer, was more robust and produced more vapour.

In March 2010 the new, improved ECS 4082, commonly known as the ECS 2010, was made available to the public. We are very proud of our efforts and of the new model. We are still helping people to transform from smoking tobacco and start vaping e-cigs and we love the positive feedback we get.

Your Opportunity
We believe in tapping the enthusiasm of a new convert and decided to offer these people the opportunity of helping their friends make the change to electronic cigarettes. We want to create a network across South Africa of ECS users, working as agents or distributors, so if you are happy with the ECS experience, would like to help others and want to earn some honest money, talk to us!
