 What Is An Electronic Cigarette? The ECS electronic cigarette (or e-cig) is a non-flammable, electronic vapourising device, that uses advanced micro-electronic technology, to atomize a nicotine solution e-liquid). We use PayFast, the south African equivalent of PayPal, to process all payments. You will be taken to a secure site to pay by Credit Card, electronic transfer (EFT), e-Wallet or voucher. Legal Conditions  The law prohibits the purchase of any of any smoking products by a person under the age of 18 years old.
