We are notified immediately of payments by credit card or EFT, transacted through PayFast. If you choose do do your own direct EFT, we will have to wait for clearance. With other ABSA clients, this is normally within 12 hours, but other banks can take 2 or 3 days.

To speed up the verification process, please send proof of payment by email, or fax to 0867679548.

You can choose  the type of shipping. (See Shipping Rates At Bottom Of This Page).
1) We offer Speed Services, which is an overnight service. We supply you with a tracking number so you can make enquiries as to where your parcel is. You will collect the parcel from your local Post Office, the following day. Note: When a holiday or weekend occur, delivery could take an extra day or two.We now also offer a delivery to your door.

2) If you are in no great hurry and want to save delivery costs, we offer the normal Economy Parcel Post, which can take as long as 5 working days. You will collect your parcel from your local Post Office.

3) You can also arrange to collect your goods from our Head Office in Pietermaritzburg, or from the closest ECS Agent.

4) If you have a preferred Courier and arrange to pay them directly, you can use them. Just e-mail us to discuss these arrangements.
  
Please note: Shipping costs include packaging, postage and VAT, but not insurance. If you want insurance on your parcel, please inform us by e-mail. All orders received before 12 noon will be shipped that afternoon, wherever possible, but some days we are out of the office and will then process the order the following morning. All orders placed after 12 noon will only be shipped the following afternoon. Any  orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, will only be shipped on the afternoon of the next working day.

We will not be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. We will pack your parcel and pay the relevant delivery party for the delivery costs, but once we have handed the parcel over to the Post Office, or courier service and we have a receipt for our payment, we are no longer liable. We will send you the parcel reference/tracking number, but this is the end of our responsibility. You can enquire with the delivery service as to the whereabouts of your parcel. As long as we have proof of handing the parcel over, we can and will not pursue the matter any longer. It will be deemed to have been successfully shipped to you.

ECS will take the necessary precautions when packing a parcel and try to avoid the possibility of damage to the contenbts, but then it is out of our hands. If a parcel is damaged in transit, we will not be held liable. Our liability ends when we hand the parcel over for delivery.

Stop Order:
As you will need certain consumables every week, or every month, to support your smoking habit, we  are looking at making this option available, to make the ordering and delivering processes easier. Simply sign a debit order with us and we will make sure you recieve your consumables, on time, same time, every month.

Product Warranty
All our electronic cigarettes have a 3 month manufacturer's warranty. This only applies to faulty equipment  (the charger, cable and batteries from the Starter Pack) and not consumable items. Please see below for reasons why our 3 month warranty may become null and void.

1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than us.
2) physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof, in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;
3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your electronic cigarette device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow our RMA process below:

Returns Procedure
If a battery or charger is faulty, speak to the agent or reseller that you bought it from. If this is not possible, contact us at Head Office. In order that we accept returns, you will first need to do complete an RMA request. To do this, you must send us an email, with all relevant details. Please send the parcel by registered mail, as we will not have any way of knowing were the parcel may be, should it go missing in the post. Should you have any questions regarding our Product Return Policy, you can contact us.

If you are not sure of anything, contact us by e-mail.

If we agree to any exchange, we will send it by Parcel Post. If you are in a hurry, you can pay for Speed Services and we will send the items overnight.

We will confirm that your order has been dispatched and will give you a tracking number.  The goods will be delivered to the nearest South African Post Office and they will advise the addressee that the parcel is ready for collection.

If you wish your parcel to be insured, please contact us. This is normally 3% of the total value of the parcel.
